Scotch Consomme: Vegetarian broth with Scotch Float & Garbanzo Beans
Main Course (choose one):
- Scotch Egg: Soft boiled egg wrapped in house blend of Brisket, Round, & Short Rib with Braised Kale & Stewed Turnips
- Solan Chicken: Airline breast of Chicken paired with Boiled Potatoes & a Sweet Potato Jus
- Vegetarian: Seared Tofu on a Savory Oatcake with Rondelle of Asparagus layered. Finished with an Orange Scotch Butter Sauce
Dessert:
- Drop Scone Shortcake: Macerated Strawberries Drunken with Grand Marnier & Scotch Flambe over a Strawberry Drop Scone & Goats Milk Caramel
Dinner Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. This event is held in a ballroom and on a balcony at the OMNI Tucson National Resort so, please dress accordingly. Parking is available in the parking lots surrounding the main entrance of the OMNI Tucson National Resort. Arrive early for best selection. Tickets will NOT be available at the door and must be purchased by 1/18/15.
